Local Example – Whitsunday Client
Recently, a Cannonvale marine workshop had three employees who regularly moved heavy engines around the yard. None had a forklift licence, but they had years of practical experience.
We delivered training onsite using the company’s forklift, focusing on safe load handling and hazard management in their actual workspace. Because of their prior experience, training hours were reduced, but assessment still met all national standards.
All three staff passed their assessment, received interim licences on the day, and successfully applied for their High Risk Work Licences. The workshop now operates more efficiently — with legal compliance, higher safety standards, and less downtime.
